  • Take a proactive approach to problem resolution

  • Develop improvement actions and cost savings.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Corporate client handling and taking part in new client acquisition, along with the Commercial team
  • Replacement to front desks in emergencies
  • Cooperate with travel agencies, suppliers, and conference organizers.
  • Regularly inspect hotel facilities and ensure that safety standards are applied
  • Develop pricing strategies and analyze competition.
