• Ensure that an exceptional level of service is provided to all guests
  • Take a proactive approach to problem resolution
  • Oversee the F&B and HK departments' performance
  • Efficient running of the day-to-day operations
  • Assume P&L responsibility.
  • Hold regular briefings and meetings.
  • Ensure full compliance to Hotel Operating Controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards;
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profits.
  • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
  • Develop improvement actions and cost savings.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Corporate client handling and taking part in new client acquisition, along with the Commercial team
  • Replacement to front desks in emergencies
  • Cooperate with travel agencies, suppliers, and conference organizers.
  • Regularly inspect hotel facilities and ensure that safety standards are applied
  • Develop pricing strategies and analyze competition.
