Overseas Technical Coatings & Services Company L.L.C. (OTC) is a leading performer in the fields of Surface preparation, Industrial coating application, Fireproofing, Fibreglass linings and Thermal insulations, Hot/Cold & Acoustic insulation, Turbine insulation & Scaffolding.

OTC has operated successfully in the Saudi Arabia for almost thirty (30) years, completing numerous major projects. This success can be attributed in large part to the skilled, dedicated management and committed experienced and resourceful workforce.

OTC has always placed special emphasis on the Saudi Arabian market and has grown into one of the kingdom’s largest Industrial Coating and Insulation, Contractor. Having captured the majority of the market in the Kingdom the company is now seriously pursuing expansion plans to cover the GCC Countries.

Services are provided to the fabrication, petrochemical, gas, power, and oil industries. The company has a significant part to play in the protection of the heavy capital investments in plant made by Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Private Industry.

The company owns an extensive range of modern purpose built equipment providing a capability of handling projects of any size. Maintenance of equipment is provided through in-house workshop facilities in Dammam, Jubail & Yanbu and mobile site crews.

Purposes built offices/workshop facilities are available in Dammam and on the Royal Commission Secondary Industrial Zone in Jubail, with site office in Yanbu. The Jubail workshop facility includes vehicle and equipment maintenance shop, sheet metal fabrication shop (1000 M2), warehouse (2500 M2) for storage of insulation & paint material.

OTC has entered into a license agreement for the supply & application of highly specialized glass flake coatings from M/s CORROCOAT GROUP U.K. The range of products includes Epoxy Polyester & Vinyl ester Glass Flake coating suitable for performing in highly corrosive chemical environments.
