The National Medical CARE company was founded in August 2003 as a closed joint stock of the public sector represented by the General Organization for Social Insurance and a group of private shareholders, and the National Medical CARE company has two of the main private sector hospitals in the Riyadh region "Riyadh Care", which was founded in 1990 and the hospital, "national", which was founded in 1966.

Since 2003, the company took interest in the development of National Hospital in Riyadh, which was initiated in 1967 from buildings renovation; latest medical equipment and support services in align with the Medical advances with an absorptive capacity of (124) bed.
