FAD for Trading & Contracting has been established in the 1974, the first project for FAD was Police project at Wadi Addawasir, whereas FAD dedicating its effort thru self developing till it becomes partnership company in 1985.

FAD for Trading & Contracting has implemented governmental projects for more than one hundred fifty projects in different areas all over Kingdom and one private project ( Makkah Construction & building Company Project), however, FAD is classified as class (b) in the field of construction contracting.

During the years of development renaissance which organised and covered all parts of the Kingdom, FAD for Trading & Contracting has contributed in construction of many development projects. During the early beginning of development renaissance FAD Contracting executed more than forty (40) educational projects all over Saudi Arabia in one time job; thanking the Almighty the Merciful we completed and handed over all these projects on time and with high quality; these projects located in a difficult and bumpy areas and this happened in the beginning of the eightieth of the previous century .

FAD for Trading & Contracting has a technical team with long experience in the field of contracting as well as a technical staff of skilled engineers with high qualification beside the professional manpower of long experience in the field of carrying out the finishing and execution of the projects.

However, FAD has implemented a great deal of projects for mega hospitals thru coordination with the Ministry of Health and other many projects of veterinarian hospitals thru Ministry of Agriculture.

In the second and third decade, FAD carried out a numerous of projects amounting more than 700 million thru coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education (formerly) as well as educational institutions thru coordination with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

In the beginning of the forth decade during the giant renaissance in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - King Abdullah, FAD carried out a numerous of projects amounting more than 800 million, so far implementation of these projects is on going with some other projects related to governmental institutions, some of these projects related to Ministry of Education and Technical & Vocational Training Corporation.

Meanwhile, FAD is establishing a factory for building material, it will be the core of manufacturing Sector for the company .
