Before the initiation of Expertise House Co. foreign engineering firms were controlling considerable share of the market, from here the founders’ vision was initiated. Their vision was to establish a highly competitive engineering firm that is fully Saudi owned and contribute to the development of the country during such critical time.

At the beginning the company’s strategy was to work with international firms in the form of joint ventures in order to pass the international experience to the company’s Saudi workforce and establish a sold foundation. Couple of years after the initiation, the Expertise House Co. has successfully completed several projects with international firms and was ready to execute projects alone.

The company started with buildings architectural projects and expanded its engineering services until it became a full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. Nowadays Expertise House Co. provides full engineering services such as studies, designs, execution supervision, and project management in the field of architecture, mechanical, civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines. The company offers its services through its own workforce of highly skilled engineers, architects and technicians that currently exceeds 700 employees. In addition, the company in some cases works in joint ventures with a group of the world’s leading engineering consultancy firms to execute some challenging projects.
