Engineering & Technology Service Co. (ETSC) is a new Saudi Arabian professional services company that was found to support technology start-ups as well as private and public entities. ETSC provide a range of services including:

(1) Commercialization and utilization of the R&D facilities in King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology and other R&D Centers in the Kingdom.

(2) Support government organizations to deliver certain tasks or functions in support of the National Science Technology and Innovation Plan (NSTIP).

Our commercialization support includes strategy and business development, legal affairs, consulting and marketing. In addition, we provide all the basic needs from planning to recruiting and training, and management as part of our management support services.

ETSC is one of TAQNIA Holding’s several specialized companies, which collaborate toward advancing the national strategic technologies development plans. TAQNIA is owned by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund, and established by the royal resolution no. M/47.
