الوصف الوظيفي

Job Purpose:

The Organizational Development Specialist works with complex instructional design requirements and/or courses or curricula for internal clients.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create, design, develop and deliver instructor led, e- learning and blended course solutions for internal customers and support the development of new learning content that effectively convey knowledge and skills to diverse audiences. The OD specialist is also responsible for keeping learning content up to date and relevant.

Person Specification:

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

-Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, -Psychology or any allied field of Business
-Training / Instructional Design Qualification preferred


-At least 6 – 8 years’ work experience
-At least 6 years’ experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development

-Knowledge of best practice training delivery methods, knowledge uptake and transference
-High level of computer proficiency - Strong administrative skills – very organized
-Able to prioritize and excellent time & project management skills
-Detail-oriented and high levels of accuracy
-Ability to simplify and clarify complex (technical/functional) content into an easy to understand training modules
