The Organizational Development Specialist works with complex instructional design requirements and/or courses or curricula for internal clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to create, design, develop and deliver instructor led, e- learning and blended course solutions for internal customers and support the development of new learning content that effectively convey knowledge and skills to diverse audiences. The OD specialist is also responsible for keeping learning content up to date and relevant.
