Project Manager – Interior Design / Fit-Out

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to join our interior design and fit-out team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely milestones and completion.
Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve any issues, delays, or design changes quickly and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices in project management.
Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Oversee project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in project management within interior fit-out or construction.
Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and project execution.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
KSA Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
