We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to join our interior design and fit-out team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely milestones and completion.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues, delays, or design changes quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices in project management.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Oversee project handover and close-out documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management within interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and project execution.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- KSA Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
