Qualification:
Candidate must be holding a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering from a reputable university in high grades
Experience:
Should have worked in a professional set up in Saudi Arabia preferably in central Region selling HVAC products for at least 6-8 years in a Senior Sales Engineer role or 3-5 years in a Sales manager position
Key Requirements /Responsibilities :
· Possesses leadership and managerial skills to lead the team of engineers in achieving set growth objectives
· Drive sales that ensures delivery of results leading from the front
· Able to plan and direct sales team to expand company customer base
· Self motivated and organized
· Self manages few high profile customer accounts
· Accountable for achieving yearly sales and profitability targets
· Possess high negotiation skills
· Have good analytical skills
· Strong communication skills Arabic and English languages
