We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales of safety shoes in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the cities of Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of safety footwear to businesses and organizations in various industries.
Job Type: Freelance, Commission-Based
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target IMPORTERS & direct clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics, and others where safety footwear is essential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of our safety shoes.
- Understand the specific safety requirements and regulations applicable to different industries and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety footwear or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information.
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, and an understanding of local business practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
