The candidate must have an insightful understand FMCG branding. They will be able to advise clients of how to position their white label brand and will offer innovative packaging solutions.
The candidate will have deep experience of which brands are dominate in the category and will have
branding strategies to help clients compete in the segment.
The chosen candidate will have excellent business planning and forecasting skills. They will be able to assess the current position of a business unit and create a long-term plan for it. They will be financially literate and will have excellent P&L skills. They will have a proven history of effectively managing the cost position of the business.
The candidate will be required to lead and manage large complex projects with multiple budgets and multiple deadlines. They will have the political acumen and influence skills to work with multiple departments at the same time to deliver for their clients. These can include item such as setting up new manufacturing lines for a new product or SKU, or managing a mix of new products and their associated manufacturing process.
The candidate must be a proven people leader and will enjoy contributing to the success of others in a team environment. They will understand how to drive a team to achieve organizational objectives and will have the requisite skill set to monitor, motivate and inspire a team to peak performance.
