Responsibilities:
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments across Saudi Arabia.
- Evaluate and assess the customer experience based on predetermined criteria, including customer service, store appearance, product availability, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports on each visit, providing objective feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, ensuring that your identity as a mystery shopper remains undisclosed.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia with.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity to submit reports.
- Availability to conduct mystery shopping visits as per the assigned schedule.
