► Develop and update the strategy, goals and targets of the human resource department regarding recruitment.
► Develop milestones and plans for the human resource department to achieve its goal regarding recruitment.
► Develop the annual budget for the human resource department and ensure cost and expenditure are within the set budget regarding recruitment.
► Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives, as applicable to recruitment, and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department.
► Manage the implementation and improvement of the human resource guidelines regarding recruitment, policies and procedures and ensure compliance across all departments.
