• Identify and research potential clients for ISO certifications, trainings, and software applications.
  • Pitch company’s products and services to potential and existing clients via phone calls, emails, social media campaigns, and in-person visits.
  • Identify, engage, and mature qualified sales leads.
  • Coordinate with other sales/business development team members to develop business proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Keep the day-to-day sales activities and data (lead generation, engagement, and performance) updated on the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure timely recovery and follow-up on invoices.
  • Manage any administrative activities and tasks to ensure professional and timely service delivery.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all prospects and customers.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with business consultants and other industry professionals.
  • Gather useful information and data from customers and competitors.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs, and regularly review performance with management to identify areas requiring special attention, focus, or support to ensure annual targets are achieved.
  • Actively seek ways to improve the company’s image in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure information and data security for both the company and its clients at all levels.
  • Stay well-informed of developments in the region regarding certification and training business, including competitor activities, and any local regulations and legislations that may positively or negatively impact the company’s products, services, or image.
  • Uphold the company values (as outlined in the company website) at all times.
