Quest is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for a Regional Sales Manager to join team in Dubai. The successful applicant will ideally come for a premium, principal background with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Our client is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial flair to sales and marketing, with excellent management capabilities.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be involved in:
* Managing dealerships and establish dealer KPIs and targets
* Work with both internal and external resources to define and implement sales targets (GCC)
* Regular monitoring of sales performances, business models, stocks, and production allocation
* Regular reports, market visits and business meetings to define sales strategies
* Assist the marketing department in running sales campaigns, product launches and market activities
Desirable skills and background
* A minimum of 10 years' in a leading Automotive organization (manufacturer/distributor).
* Proven track record in sales
* Strong dealership management capabilities
* Strong commercial acumen
* Strong marketing analysis capabilities
* GCC market knowledge is a MUST
* Strong background in managing large multicultural teams
