Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of waste collection and disposal logistics.

- Provide training and support for staff on safety and operational protocols.

Logistics Coordination:

- Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal waste management regulations and environmental laws.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for waste management operations.

Performance Monitoring:
