Your Impact:

 

As a founding member of our commercial team, you'll be instrumental in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and guiding leads through the sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with product and operations teams, you'll share crucial insights and customer feedback to enhance the product and service experience. As a key member, you'll also lead processes and systems for the function.

Your Daily Hustle:

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate potential customers, generate new business opportunities, manage and convert leads and track sales goals using CRM software.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with commercial and other support teams to design and deliver comprehensive frameworks and solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of Real Estate industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to conduct outdoor client meetings and travel as needed within Riyadh and occasionally to other regions.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
