We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical control systems, with a focus on automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and control panels.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, etc).
Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate automation solutions.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1– 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on PLC programming.
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, and actuators.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Working Conditions:

Office and field work, including time on the shop floor or at customer sites.
May require occasional travel and flexible working hours during commissioning phases.
