• Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
  • Assisting HR manager with record maintenance, payroll processing and provide clerical support to HR team.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support benefits enrollment, and address benefits-related inquiries.
  • Prepare HR documents, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Handle inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
