- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
- Prepare financial reports for financial analysis, forecasting, results analysis and ensure timely and accurate provision of these reports to the Group CFO to assist business operations
- Provide analytical findings, identifying trends in financial performance, perform variance analysis and providing recommendations for improvement
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast
- Perform financial modeling and valuation including DCF and other multiple approaches
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
- To ensure adherence with business policies and procedures whilst conducting finance related activities
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to write precisely and concisely
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or Similar
- Qualification (SOCPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or similar)
- Minimum 5 years in an accounting position or similar in financial services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable in interacting with senior executives
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity, ability to multitask and work independently to meet constant deadlines
