Developing and implementing Company’s business intelligence and financial analysis capabilities as well as identifying best practises and strategies of competitors and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Development of recommendations based on market and consumer analysis to improve the products and services, and archiving intelligence data using a centralized database for the enterprise.
§ Develops and implements Company’s business intelligence capabilities by scanning, capturing and analyzing market and business data (such as world markets, industry and organizational trends, economic and technological trends and business benchmarks)
§ Procures, complies, analyzes, and reports data requests to all departments required.
§ Coordinates with external market agencies on a regular basis.
§ Conducts analysis of the competitors’ landscape and prepare periodic competitor reviews in order to identify Intigral’s intelligence needs.
§ Develops and manages the business cases for active products and new product ideas in liaison with the product managers to assess the feasibility and viability of new offerings.
§ Supports the team with financial analysis in the development and management of product P&L’s, budgets, and active and in-negotiation deals.
§ Assesses the performance of the products in comparison with the budget for the fiscal year and business case for the future period.
§ Liaises with Finance on developing and analyzing a suite of annual reports for the VP and Product managers.
§ Supports the team and liaises with Sales, Revenue Assurance, B2B clients, and Technology to secure, audit, reconcile, and invoice Authorized User Reports of Basic and Add-on subscriber and TVOD activity and revenue and advertising and sponsorship revenue.
§ Provides insights to the product managers on indicators of the product performance in the market in order to determine product offering market strategy.
§ Develops a competitor intelligence approach to identify the market positioning of Intigral against the local, regional and global landscape.
§ Performs analysis to identify best practices and strategies of competitors, and identifies their strengths and weaknesses, as well as market opportunities and threats.
§ Generates periodic reports and analyzing industry market trends internationally and regionally and studies technology and consumer trends.
§ Conducts data modelling exercises in order to guide and facilitate commercial strategies.
§ Manage in developing a framework for systematic communication of financial and performance reports and analysis across the enterprise.
Maintains the database of international and regional benchmarks, and relevant data from Intigral; updates the database on a regular basis
