- Responsible of all warehouse functions such as receiving import/local delivery
- Reporting damage receives delivery with taking actual item photo
- Distributing materials/spare parts/goods
- Picking/locating item at rack location
- Dispatching/shipping order delivery to client/project
- Filing/organizing stocks at rack location. Maintaining stocks orderliness & cleanliness
- Assigning item number each item by barcoding
- Labeling/tagging item for easily identifying
- Keeping an eye to any important safety measures inside the warehouse or to any precautions mostly in racking storing condition
- Checking pallet condition if really in safety arrangement at rack location
- Checking/ palletizing/wrapping and tagging the non-stock or used materials for safekeeping purposes and store at a safe place to avoid scattering
- Maintaining the premises cleanliness & orderliness
- Operating forklift if necessary once the authorized forklift operator was out of duty
- Daily inventory of stock to update record
- Conducting preliminary checking of stock for ISO annual auditing
- Preparing material order or purchase order (PO) upon the unavailability of stock
- Updating daily outgoing/incoming stock manually
- Posting daily transaction by system inventory for record updates
- Assisting annual inventory teams
- Mainly supervising all warehouse functions as well as its necessity by implementing strict policy beyond the area of responsibility
- Effectively adhere all warehouse consistency. Attains other duties as requires.
