About the Role
We are looking for motivated and sales-driven Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our growing international property team. This role focuses on marketing and selling UK land investment opportunities to clients and investors in the Saudi market.
As part of our team, you will help clients explore high-potential land investment opportunities in the United Kingdom while building strong relationships with investors across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, monthly salary, and attractive commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell UK land investment opportunities to Saudi-based clients and investors
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct client consultations and investment presentations
- Explain investment potential, location advantages, and future growth opportunities of UK land projects
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain active communication with prospects
- Manage client records and sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on UK property and land investment market trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or investment advisory is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and GCC investor culture is an advantage
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
- Professional presentation and client-handling skills
- English proficiency required
