AlumniHub is a global tech hub with a mission to unlock the potential of talents from tech companies. We're building (i) a network of tech alumni communities and assisting members in launching and scaling companies, finding the right jobs for them, and growing as professionals. (ii) an early-stage venture capital fund - GuruDev Capital. Leveraging the expertise of our community members, we provide technical due diligence and talent solutions for companies.
AlumniHub is searching for an ambitious and self-motivated SDR to become our SDR employee #1 for technicaldue diligence products and talent partner solutions.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline:
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads;
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives;
- Find, outreach, and qualify customers;
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships;
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information;
- On-board customers and keep the communication alive;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Attend trade shows and conferences.
Processes:
- Set-up the processes and sales stack
- Communicate with team members in AlumniHub to improve the processes relevant to SDR activities
About you:
- Located in UAE, KSA
- Experience in launching new services and products
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SDR role
- Consistent track record of producing qualified opportunities via outbound selling motion
- Experience working and mastering sales stack: (i) LinkedIn sales navigator, (ii) CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce,...)
- Highly persuasive English verbal communication skills and excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
- Strong collaborator who works to support their team and is looking to continuously grow and learn
- Eager to take initiative, work independently, and own your own success
