• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.• Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to client specification and relevant regulations.• Work plan, schedule and status to closely liaise with client representative.• Prepare and conduct tool box talks and Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis as and when required by job.• Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.• Develop work sequence and prepare according to the master project plan.• Prepare a One week Look Ahead Schedule.• Record and submit required resources for each work sequence.• Ensure Job number for the activity is properly assigned.• Apply for work permit and ensure work carried out is in accordance with the project specifications.• Prepare method statements as and when required.• Enforce safety requirements and participate in safety audits where necessary.• Assist Site-In-Charge in manpower monitoring, work progress and report.• Raise material purchase requisition as and when required.• Raise equipment requisition as and when required.• Prepare Time Sheets for client acknowledgement for additional/variation work.• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.• To record in the copy of isometric drawing the material withdrawn for that isometric and other information such as requested but not received material.• To ensure the works are carried out base on construction sequence. Requirements:• Possess certificates in the following:-Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.-Oil / Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisors.-Lifting Supervisors Course.• At least 4 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.• Preferably good in both written and spoken English
