Job Description

•              Assigning day-to-day responsibilities.

•              Counseling, orienting & motivating.

•              Appraisal & disciplining.

•              Job results, monitoring/ performance, set plans/ targets.

•              Create competitions in store between staff to increase sales.

•              Scheduling (day-offs, holidays, etc.).

•              Create awareness of virgin mobile products & services.

•              Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

•              Effectively drive the regional office forward by offering direction and following a clear structure with accountability.

•              Support sales channels as a senior management representative in meetings when required.

•              Implement and follow policies and procedures for regional office management.

•              Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the regional office.

•              Reports (planning, sales, stock, performance, actions etc.).

•              Feedback & expectations to be sent to the concerned departments.

•              Coordination between store and other departments.

•              Satisfaction.

•              Building loyalty relationship.

•              Quality & Virgin mobile standards.

•              Receiving unsolved complains.

•              Manage VIP customers.

•              Follow-up pending tickets (customer request/ complains etc.).

•              Recommend the needed promotions, events etc. for the store.

•              Policies & procedures.

•              Safe & clean store environment.

•              Availability of products, marketing materials (posters, flyers, flyer holder, applications, stationary etc.), and to make sure all posters & flyers are updated.

•              Report any technical or logistic issues.

•              Archiving of documents.

•              Virgin mobile quality & standards at all times.

•              Monitor overall financial performance and operational efficiency.

•              Making/ receiving new orders.

•              Return orders.

•              Track and control stock & store warehouse.

•              Deliver sales cash to Finance.

•              Produce regular inventory reports.

•              Expenses.
