- Ensures the samples are received in a proper manner from the messengers in accordance to the guidelines, performs physical count and logging of samples in spreadsheet provided and sorting of samples assigning of racks in line with the TAT.
- Ensures data is accurate, proper sending of reports to respective clients, monitors the samples in racks and communicate with the uploading team for the appropriate and correct patient data entry. Upload data coming from data processors, clinics, mobile collection and collection centres.
- Prepare barcodes and templates for clients, ensures cleanliness in the section assigned and checking.
- May be required other administrative and reception tasks as required by the Lab Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Admin/Business.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, whether this be operations, events or hospitality.
- Experienced Data Processor or Data Encoder.
- Language preference: English / Arabic is a plus.
- Basic and advance Microsoft skills
- Superb soft skills with high motivation and good communication and organizational skill
- Good decision making and high strategic thinking.
- Good team player, 40 WPM.
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Energy and desire to succeed; follows through on commitments; pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results
- Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyse situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions
- Saudi Nationals Preferred.
