Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage all accounting transactions (Payable and Receivable)
· Prepare and issue invoices
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Create financial statement and reports in time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Ensure timely payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
· Prepare salaries and other allowances for Employee’s on time
· Record and update financial database and create backup on a weekly basis
Qualifications
· Graduate of BS Accountancy
· 5 to 10 years work experience as Accountant
· Knowledgeable on various accounting system such as ONYX and others
· Filipino and Pakistani nationalities preferred
· with TRANSFERABLE IQAMA ONLY
