· Minimum of 15 years work experience as Training Manager, including training outside organizations.
· Experience and demonstrated ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom settings and standard/improvised teaching aids.
· Demonstrated ability to prepare and present effective oral and written reports.
· Proven Skills in developing, coordinating, implementing, and administering training programs.
· Proven Skills in personnel management and administration.
· Preferably good Arabic Language skills.
· Preferably having a Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields from a recognized university and having relevant training experience leading to thorough understanding and acquisition of expertise mentioned above.
