External Communication Coordinators are responsible for conveying the organization’s external messages. They draft written materials, prepare presentations and communicate with employees, stakeholders, the general public and other interested or targeted parties. A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or a relevant field and some experience are necessary for the job; a master’s degree would be an advantage. External Communications Coordinators are expected to have excellent speaking and writing skills in both Arabic and English, and must be proficient at working with others.
External Communication Coordinators correspond with media, external stakeholders, the general public and other interested or targeted parties to update, introduce or inform them of the organization’s developments, including events, strategies and the mission statement. They shall communicate with all external parities necessary or preferred for all relevant announcements and discuss organizational efforts and actions in a way that attempts to maintain and promote a positive image of the organization and its objectives.
