Contribute to the development of Risk Management Framework and Strategy along with appropriate risk profile of TAC.
Accountable for the development, documentation, maintenance and oversight of operations governance risk models, risk control frameworks and programs.
Ensure that risks are appropriately identified, measured, reported and managed in alignment with the TAC’s tolerances for risk and in compliance with laws, regulations & internal policies.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned area of operational risk management, performing independent governance and oversight of areas such as, business continuity planning (BCP) regulatory, risk assessment programs and activities.
Ensure adequate processes and mechanisms including systems in place to manage all types of risk from all sources within TAC
Responsible for developing policies for the Risk Management function and reviewing Finance & Lease applications as appropriate..
Support the implementation of TAC’s Risk Management Framework including program strategy, standards and tools based on industry best practices.
Ensure effective adherence to processes to identify, measure, manage, monitor and report on operational / credit risks.
Review and recommend finance & lease applications for approval according to DOA.
Provide objective and Risk advice to other business functions.
Act in an independent oversight capacity, monitoring operational risk management and mitigation including root-cause analysis.
