Role Description

The Secretary role at INTEGRATE is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records. The Secretary will handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication with internal teams and external partners. The role supports executives with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and follow-up on action items, while helping maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment. The Secretary is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

 

  • Candidates should possess strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and calendar management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Candidates should possess experience in company secretarial work, such as drafting correspondence, preparing meeting minutes, and handling confidential information.
  • Candidates should possess executive administrative assistance capabilities, including coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and supporting senior management.
  • Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Candidates should be able to work on-site in Jiddah and collaborate effectively as part of a diverse, inclusive
