Support the Central and Regional Purchasing operations within Supply Chain Management (SCM). Assist the Business Units on all aspects of SCM. Support the continual development and implementation of a robust SCM governance programme within the Business Units to allow SCM to conform to all Company and SCM Policies and Standards, fully meeting the Company’s obligations under ABC legislation.
Work with the Category Leads and Regional Purchasers to implement a purchasing strategy in accordance with SCM Purchasing Procedures.
Work with the Contracts Centre of Excellence to allow the business to have a structured, systematic approach to contracts management and contracting principles.
Support Contracts Specialists in tender and contract projects.
Maintain awareness of SCM and contracting best practice in relation to the oil & gas market place to work towards becoming a functional expert in these matters.
Review and maintain existing contracts to ensure integrity and validity
