Position: Business Development Executive
A leading Rope Access and Access Solutions Company operating across GGC, is looking for Business Development Officer with good sales background to join our team within KSA territories.

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Ability to plan and generate new leads through Business Development
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Meeting required sales targets
Jeddah/Riyadh/Dammam and/or job covering all KSA as required
- Bachelor’s degree in sales /marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience in Rope access or similar industries in KSA (scaffold, or other access solutions, BMU, construction )
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in KSA is Must
- Valid KSA driving license are required
- Current position and experience of candidates should be same in Sales/Business Development
- Candidate must be based in KSA
- Must be good in English communication
