We are looking for a competent Civil Executive HR responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing support across various HR functions, including familiar with key HR portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad. Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing. Assist in managing employee benefits, such as leave, insurance, and other entitlements.
- Monitor progress and productivity and adjust schedules and resource allocations as necessary to meet project milestones.

- Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, employment contracts, and other HR documents. Ensure compliance with Saudi laws regarding employee records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabia labour laws and company regulations.
Grievance Process: Handling grievances effectively is important to maintain employee morale, prevent legal issues, and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduated or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role on building construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are beneficial.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2- 6 years in a Human Resources *(Saudi Arabia) *.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
