Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties

Provide Complainceconsulation to Medical deprtments regarding gernal/new regulations and new medical products by provding feedback via email and meeting and involvment in Medical product development in order to ensure high level of complaince .
Design regulatory awareness programs through conducting awareness workshops and regular announcements of new regulations and Medical related news from (CCHI ,MOH and SAMA) and assess awareness levels of Medical employees to ensure high level of compliance knowledge.
Monitor & ensure that the functional area has implemented the new regulations avoid non compliance.
Ensure that all Medical P&Ps are compliant with standard regulations by reviewing all existing and newly created P&Ps in order to ensure high level of Compliance.
