Job Description

Key Responsibilities are:

• Assist in handling HRD Branding initiatives.

• Analyze the exit interview survey forms and report on the outcomes of those interviews.

• Ensure coordination of an induction program for new managers.

• Assist in the maintenance of competency mapping and development project analysis.

• Develop a multi-media package to aid training and development.

• Design and implement E-Learning packages.

• Provide support for conducting employee satisfaction surveys including carrying out the necessary analysis.

• Assist in organization development initiatives.

Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

Complete various HR Forms, verify documentation and maintain files. Submit online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks. 

Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.

Assist with processing of terminations, makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
