Job Description

  • Monitoring the CCTV on live basis
  • Ensuring Safety & Security of staff and customers at all times
  • Answer VOIP intercoms promptly and address the issues as per process in professional manner
  • Customer support
  • Monitor service requests
  • Monitoring disability spaces for usage
  • Inventory Management(License plate)
  • Traffic Management to ensure no congestion
  • Assign WOs to Engineers in case of physical troubleshooting requirement
  • Dispatch customer assistants as per requirement
  • Execute all QEHS processes and procedures according to company policies
  • Keep up to date knowledge of technical and process requirements of the project
  • Send performance reports to the management
  • Escalate issues to management in time
