Purpose of the Role

Responsible for day to day operational management of the federation’s operations and ensure that all its activates are aligned with the objectives and vision of the Olympic Committee.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and evaluate the work of the technical and administrative staff to implement the plans and programs of the federation, training centres, internal and external participations and manage the data of the staff, athletes, coaches, sport centres and ensure their application and compliance according to the approved agreements with the federation and the Olympic Committee.

2. Assist in the financial planning and management of annual budgets and ensure that all resources are used in an effective manner by coordinating with the financial Department of the Olympic Committee.

3. Manage and schedule Meetings of the federation’s Board of Directors.

4. Coordinate with the Olympic Committee’s departments that provide Shared Services to meet the needs of the federations (Finance - Human Resources - Information Technology, etc).

5. Participate in the periodic review of the federation’s regulations.

6. Participate in identifying the training needs of the technicians and administrative staff to develop and improve their functional capabilities and skills in order to improve their performance levels.

7. Prepare the needed report for the federation aspect (financial, participation, cases, …… Etc)

10. Oversee the Booking flights and boarding arrangements procedures.

12. Perform any assignment or any other tasks related to the job.

Skills

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree in business administration (preferably Masters) or relevant major.


Capabilities & Skills

• Adequate organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working proficiency on (MS office) program.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
