We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive the Sales of cloud technologies (mainly Microsoft) implementation & deployment services. He also creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing ones and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Deliver on assigned Services Sales target; meeting monthly and annual quota
- Develop new business with existing and new customers; always working on areas of improvement to meet assigned sales quotas
- Forecast, execute, track and report on pipeline and account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Build and manage a strong relationship with key customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship with them.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenges and issues at customers; ensuring prompt escalations as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services, EMS, Azure, and Office365 is required.
- 4+ years of sales experience in selling IT Services to medium and enterprise customers.
- Passion for sales, challenge taker, results driven and customer oriented
- Bachelor degree: Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline or Business Administration.
