Makes candy visually appealing by applying pre-determined designs on the surface of chocolate products. Designs can be applied using pastry bags or other tools such as spatulas, air brushes, or automated stringers.
Melts and tempers chocolate.
Colors compound with food grade colors for the creation of designs.
Assist in making chocolate dipped items such as chocolate covered-pretzel and chocolate- covered cookies
Assist in running chocolate equipment including enrobers, depositors, and tempering units.
Create and execute unique designs using individual creativity.
Assist with production records, HACCP documentation, and ordering and receiving supplies.
Must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
