• Maintaining daily computerized accounting records, vouchers, ledger and financial statements,
  • Payment of travel claims, Invoices/Bills.
  • Maintaining the system of internal audit and financial control
  • Handling & monitoring of grants to projects and local implementing partners
  • Field visits for financial monitoring and risk assessment of all project
  • Review of financial reports submitted by projects and settlement of advances
  • Assisting in budget and Cash forecasting, follow-up and other related financial assignments
  • Handling all bank related matters, preparation & distribution of monthly payroll
  • Drafting fund requisitions and handling monitory transfers from the head office.
  • Responsible to Check and prepare fund transfer from Credit Suisse (Switzerland) to local bank
  • (Pakistan) and record the exchange rate in system every month.
  • Preparing Financial Statement on quarterly basis for head office.
  • Keeping records of PDF(Project Development Fund) and SACL(Small Action Credit Line)
  • Making contracts for Partners, Consultants etc, Fund Request, Transfer Posting and reconciling
  • all the fund and expenditure in SAP with Navision
