General Accountability: Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and administration of the companies QHSE Management systems, resolving QHSE issues with Managers, reviewing QHSE data to identify trends, responding to client’s QHSE concerns, proactively review QHSE MS for improvements and promote the QHSE culture in accordance to Legal, Client and the (RG) Requirements

Specific Responsibilities:

  • QHSE Management System
  • Develops and implements QHSE managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Q2 and other standards as required;

    Manage program for review of QHSE data for trends, biases or problems;

    Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization

    Manage the creation of custom QHSE reports for clients;

    Provide reports as required to the QHSE Manager – Eastern Hemisphere

Audits - Internal

  • Performs branch QHSE Audits;
  • Schedules internal audits;
  • Ensure actions items from audits are resolved in a timely manner;
  • Review audit results for recurring issues;

Audits - External

  • Arrange scheduling of external audits;
  • Respond to external auditor questions and liaises between auditors and location;
  • Follows-up on and resolve external audit action items and provides required information to auditors;
  • Provide summary reports on external audits to management;

Tenders and Queries

  • Aid the Operations team in the review and completion of tenders and other client queries;

QHSE Meetings

  • Chairs QHSE meetings;
  • Attends and provides QHSE information for management operations meetings;
  • Gathers information for yearly Management Review.
  • Determines new topics for QHSE meetings;
  • Follows-up on delegated action items;
  • Attend any client QHSE meeting;

Personnel

  • Performs new staff QHSE induction;
  • Manages and applies training related to QHSE;
  • Communicates and enforces (RG) QHSE policies and procedures;
  • Promotes HSE awareness;
  • Provide advice and support to all staffs on the effective use of the QHSE management system;

Administration

  • Manages day-to-day activities related to QHSE and (RG) QHSE Policies;
  • Produces weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly QHSE reports to management;
  • Assess and reports compliance issues;
  • Enters QHSE information into RG Global Compliance Portal;
  • Performs accident and incident investigations, reports, and follow-up;
  • Manages PIN System.
