Job Description

  • Communicate with recruitment agencies and contribute to making new relationships.
  • Communicate with embassies to find out the details of recruiting any nationality if necessary.
  • Contribute to providing all the information required to send the necessary documents to the employment agency to complete the recruitment process via e-mail, e-mail, postal service.
  • Follow up with the employment agency to provide the client's requests.
  • Contribute to the process of nominating CVs through recruitment channels, recruitment agencies, recruitment sites.
  • Update the recruitment steps through the ATS with all required documents attached.
  • Create reports, follow-up, update and share them with the line manager and the relevant members if necessary.
  • Contribute to solving the challenges faced by the candidates during or after the recruitment process.
  • Posting ads on social networking sites.
Contribute to achieving the department's annual goals in the recruitment process.
