Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (From identification of skill to on boarding of staff)
Work with human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
To ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, budget for hire and cost-per-hire).
Communicate the recruitment goal and objective with recruiters.
Maintain the internal skill data base for finding candidates for any role which match their competencies.
Build strategic networks to find qualified candidates.
Acts as a single point of contact for functional heads with regards to recruitment.
To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process.
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Demonstrate to candidates and recruitment consultant a positive reflection or our brand and company.
Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements.
Prepare weekly reports for clients and the reporting manager to show tasks in progress, the number of candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
Directly interact with job candidates and respond to initial queries
Conduct and request required tests needed for hire (proficiency, background, drug, etc.)
Manage recruitment databases
Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
Coordinate with travel agent with regards to the candidates visa stamping and their travel plan.
