Presents a positive first impression of the restaurant’s friendliness, impressive service and high standards.

  • Greets guests upon arrival, informs guests of their wait time, monitors a waiting list, enters guest names into the reservation app system, shows guests to their table and bids guests farewell as they leave.
  • Greets guest as they arrive at the restaurant and often is the last to say goodbye to them as they leave.
  • Schedules dining reservations for guests in advance and or double check guest reservations through the App (MyTable) to prepare and make right decisions about where a group will sit in the restaurant or as per guest’s request too.
  • Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.
  • Female, European Minimum of 1 yr experience in guest service/hospitality
  • Work ethics and impressive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Works with diversity, grace under pressure and multi-task
  • Career growth and advancement
