We are searching for a Content & Administrative Support professional (fully remote). professional based in KSA to assist across multiple functions including content translation, administrative tasks, and business development support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and can seamlessly support internal teams while ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Translation & Localization

  •  Translate and localize marketing, sales, and internal content from English to Arabic (and vice versa) for the Saudi market.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and local culture.
  •    Work closely with the marketing and content teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Administrative Support

  •   Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
  • Support reporting, tracking, and record-keeping for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and events.

Business Development & Customer Support Assistance

  • Support BD representatives in customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation, renewal, and tracking of client contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring smooth client communication.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for the BD team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across functions.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills

Saudi National (mandatory).

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Schedule aligned with Saudi labor law regulations.
  • Prior experience in content translation, administration, or customer support preferred.
  •  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with PropTech, real estate, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.).
