Experience in Process Consulting/ Risk Advisory/ Internal Audit/ Compliance function at a consulting firm or corporate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution for specific consulting project(s) as per the client requirements and focus on quality and timelines
- Independent preparation of deliverable or review of deliverables from team relating to various services being delivered to the clients
- Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business
- Be at client location for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for execution as may be required and demonstrate project management and execution capability
- Conduct business development activities such as pre-sales pitches, approach paper, proposals and meetings with potential clients
- Participate in recruitment and mentoring to develop team

- Hands-on with execution of IA and other consulting projects and to manage a project independently with junior team members
- Good at generating new business opportunities for the practice
- Ability to work and deliver in a team

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Years of Experience
- 5 - 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Qualifications
- CA/ MBA from a premier institute
- Experience with a Big 4 and/ or an equivalent consulting firm shall be an added advantage
